INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, quartered and sliced
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 bay leaf
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, soy sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar, and pour over the chicken, add bay leaf. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
*Serve over rice*
